Shipping Information

As part of our concierge approach to customer service, Chairloom is proud to offer custom shipping to ensure the highest quality and value. 

We've partnered with an independent partner to handle shipments along the eastern seaboard, and shipping outside of the east coast is managed by Plycon Transportation.

30 Day Policy to Claim Items

Chairloom can not be responsible for any items left for 30 days or more. Lack of communication after a 30 day period is considered the same as not claiming your items.
